Summer Camps Holland is part of Markant Outdoorcentrum, an outdoor activity centre located in Braamt. Our beautiful 12-hectare site includes an activity area, parking facilities, accommodation areas, a recreational lake, and a restaurant with a terrace. It is the perfect setting for all the adventures during our kids camps!
Many of the activities take place at our own location. Summer campers can enjoy activities such as archery, canoeing, climbing, ziplining, raft building, survival challenges, stand-up paddleboarding, Archery Tag, and much more! The exact activities depend on the camp you choose. In addition to the on-site programme, the kids camps also include exciting trips and activities throughout the Achterhoek region.
During each camp week, several different kids camps take place at the same time. For example, during week 32 of the summer holidays, we might organise an Animal Camp, Adventure for Kids Camp, Wakeboard for Kids Camp, and Freerun for Kids Camp all in the same week. During the day, participants take part in the activities specific to their own camp for example, the Animal Camp kids help out on the farm, while the Wakeboard kids head to the waterski park.
When everyone returns, there are also plenty of shared activities such as swimming, team games, raft building, and evening activities. So when you join one of our summer camps, you actually become part of two groups: your own camp group and the larger group with all the kids camps together. Plenty of opportunities to make lots of new friends!
The children stay in our group accommodation building. This is a large round building with space for 36 participants. There are 6 bedrooms, each with 3 bunk beds, meaning the kids sleep in groups of 6 per room. Of course, boys and girls sleep in separate rooms.
Participants of the Adventure for Kids Camp sleep outdoors in our group tents, located next to the building. These tents are equipped with beds and accommodate approximately 5 participants per tent.
For all of our kids camps, there are sufficient sanitary facilities available in and around the building.
