The world is our playground!
With big jumps and awesome flips, we move through the city. During this freerunning camp, you’ll learn different tricks from freerunning and parkour — with professional guidance and at your own level. This camp is for everyone, whether you have a lot of experience or none at all. Everyone is challenged at their own pace, allowing us to explore and push boundaries together.
We start the week in a gym. In this controlled environment, with crash mats and other equipment, we work on the basics of freerunning and learn new tricks. After that, we head to a freerun park in Arnhem, and we finish in the city center of Doetinchem!

Freerunning gives you the ultimate feeling of freedom, body control, and strength. The goal is to gain control over moving in your environment with fluid movements. The obstacles you encounter become challenges, making freerunning so exciting. It's a sport where you learn from each other and help each other – everyone is unique, and everyone is equal. We start the training sessions in the sports hall, simulating various situations in a safe environment with crash mats. Naturally, we'll apply what we've learned at cool locations in the city.
In addition to freerunning, we'll also engage in exciting outdoor activities such as zip-lining from trees, building rafts, and tackling the obstacle course. Fortunately, there's also time to chill, especially during the movie night.

Note for parents: Freerunning is a risk sport. Through the use of qualified trainers and training facilities such as the gymnastics hall and carefully selected outdoor locations, we aim to prevent accidents as much as possible. Injuries can still occur, but it is not the case that freerunning has more injuries than the average sport. Unfortunately, our Liability Insurance excludes freerunning, so we (currently) cannot accept liability. Read more about this in our frequently asked questions under safety and/or insurance.
The Freerunning Camp takes place at the Sport Camp of Markant Outdoor Center in Braamt. The extensive grounds of Markant Outdoor Center provide the perfect setting for numerous camp activities and exciting (evening) games.
You will stay with participants from other Summer Camps on the campsite in group tents for 4 to 8 people, equipped with beds. The campsite has a large central tent where everyone can gather during the day and evening, as well as its own sanitary facilities. In case of bad weather, the large activity tent is frequently utilized. Of course, the campfire spot is not to be missed, providing the opportunity to share the day's adventures with other Summer Campers of your age around the fire in the evening.
The on-site restaurant is used by participants from all camps for breakfast, lunch (or preparing packed lunches), and dinner.
