Are you ready for tough, thrilling, and challenging activities? Then the Ardennes Adventure Camp is perfect for you! It’s an adventurous outdoor sports week in the Belgian Ardennes filled with all kinds of activities — from rock climbing and via ferrata to canoeing and mountain biking! Are you ready?
When you think of the Ardennes, you think of mountain biking, climbing, abseiling, hiking, campfires, and camping. All these elements come together in an amazing, active and adventurous week. With a great accommodation, delicious meals, and a well-filled programme, the formula for an unforgettable summer camp is complete.
You’ll quickly get to know each other through fun team-building games on day one. Teamwork is key in many activities, creating the perfect foundation for new friendships and a great atmosphere. You’ll go climbing and abseiling on a natural rock wall, explore caves in a non-touristic cave, go hiking while navigating yourself, and visit the beautiful town of Spa. You’ll also learn all the tips and tricks for making awesome descents while mountain biking through the forest.
The campsite is located next to a river where you can cool down, and there’s also a swimming pool with a slide to enjoy during your free time. In the evenings, gather around the campfire for games, marshmallows, and good conversations.
It’s possible to travel together from Utrecht Central Station to the Ardennes with one of our supervisors. You can book this train journey during the booking process. Please note: because this train ride is accompanied, it’s not possible to get on or off at another station. Utrecht Central Station is the starting point for the outbound journey and also the final stop on the return journey.

The summer camp takes place at Domaine Polleur in collaboration with Survival Life in the village of Polleur, near Spa, in the Province of Liège.
You will stay in group tents on the bivouac site next to the campsite. All facilities are provided by the campsite, including a sanitary building, restaurant, swimming pool with a slide, sports field, and much more. Adjacent to the campsite is a vast forest, Bois de Stanneux, where activities such as hiking and mountain biking take place. Next to the site runs the small river La Hoëgne, which adds an idyllic touch to the bivouac area. It’s the perfect spot to cool off during the summer.
The on-site restaurant takes care of all meals, including a pizza party and a cheerful closing BBQ. Everyone will receive a warm welcome with coffee, tea, or lemonade, and you can take some time to explore the grounds before diving straight into an active program the next day.
