Summer Camps Holland is a business unit of Markant Outdoorcentrum. Markant want to promote their internships by offering good supervisory qualities and solid learning experience. Instructors follow practical guidance courses. Markant Outdoorcentrum is a VeBON accredited instruction company for the Outdoor Animator (VeBON: Association of Outdoor Sports Companies). During the summer holidays you can learn and work as crew or as an instructor at Summer Camps Holland for the camps on our location Markant Outdoorcentrum.
Perhaps you could use our Summer Camps for your internship or any optional course of your school or college and may earn credits in this way. Inquire about this option with your school or college first. Would you like to do your internship as an instructor or crewmember at Summer Camps Holland? Crew Summer Camps
As crew at Summer Camps you are responsible for the children the whole week. The most fun part of course is coaching the cool activities of that week! But in addition you make sure that the children get out of bed on time, eat well and healthy, go to bed on time and entertain the children in between the activities doing fun games. Together with the rest of the team you make sure that the children have an unforgettable week in their Summer Camps!
Instructor outdoors team
You have experience or take an interest in working as an outdoor instructor. During the summer you are in charge of all the outdoor activities on our premises. You do this for the children of the Summer Camps but also for the Summer Time programme (private individuals) of Markant Outdoorcentrum. In addition you organise activities such as the dropping, the ghost tour or the fun and games hexathlon for Summer Camps. * Previous relevant training will be of advantage.
What do you get in return?
Training weekend (20-22 June 2025)
All interns follow an obligatory training weekend with us right before the start of the Summer Camps. During this weekend you visit the locations and meet your team members. We explain all the activities of the programmes and conduct various training sessions. It is important that you should start your Camp well-prepared!
